Code of practices
A code of practices (book of specifications) is a document which describes and defines, for each product, each production step. It allows a certain standardization of a product to achieve a specific final quality. The participation and the agreement of all stakeholders in the supply chain are required to establish common rules, adopted and respected by all actors.
Our expertise in setting-up specifications is based on several collaborations with various supply chains engaged in quality sign assessments, in particular PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) and PGI (Protected Geographical Indication).
